WEBSITE POLICIES
1. CUSTOM APPAREL PRODUCTION & FILE RETENTION POLICY
Custom Apparel Completion Time
All custom apparel orders require a 3–4 week turnaround time beginning after the order, artwork, product selections, quantities, and all other necessary details have been finalized and approved.
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on order size, artwork requirements, product availability, supplier delays, shipping delays, equipment issues, workload, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
If a significant delay occurs, Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC will communicate the applicable update as soon as reasonably possible.
Customers are responsible for planning accordingly when placing an order.
Rush orders may be available on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional fees. Rush availability and applicable fees must be approved before production begins.
Artwork & File Retention
Customer-provided artwork, logos, and design files, as well as files created by Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC for an order, may be retained for up to one (1) year from the date the files are finalized or the order is completed, whichever is applicable.
After the one-year retention period, files may be permanently deleted from our systems without additional notice.
If a customer requests a reorder or a new order after the applicable files have been deleted, the customer may be required to provide the artwork or logo files again.
If Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC must recreate, redraw, digitize, modify, or otherwise prepare artwork again, an applicable artwork or setup fee may apply.
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backup copies of all artwork, logos, designs, and other files.
By placing a custom apparel order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this production timeline and file-retention policy.

2. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED ITEMS POLICY
Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC may accept customer-provided garments and other items for customization on a case-by-case basis.
Acceptance of a customer-provided item does not constitute a guarantee that the item can be successfully customized.
Customer-Provided Items
Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC is not responsible for damage, defects, discoloration, shrinkage, fading, staining, tearing, warping, distortion, or other changes that may occur to customer-provided items during or after the customization process.
Customer-provided items may react differently to heat, pressure, adhesive, ink, vinyl, DTF transfers, embroidery, or other application methods.
While reasonable care will be taken when working with customer-provided items, Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC cannot guarantee the condition, appearance, compatibility, durability, or performance of an item that was not supplied by Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC.
Item Condition
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all customer-provided items are:
- Clean and free of dirt, debris, pet hair, oils, grease, and other contaminants.
- In good condition and suitable for the requested customization.
- Free from existing damage, stains, tears, defects, excessive wear, or other conditions that could affect production.
Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC reserves the right to inspect and refuse any customer-provided item that it determines may be unsuitable for customization or may present an increased risk of damage.
No Replacement or Refund
If a customer-provided item is damaged, altered, or becomes unusable during the customization process, Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC will not be responsible for replacing the item or reimbursing the customer for its purchase price, replacement cost, or estimated value.
Customer-provided items are accepted at the customer's own risk.
By providing an item for customization, the customer acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with customizing an item that was not supplied by Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC.

3. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE & POLITICAL CONTENT POLICY
Right to Refuse Service
Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC reserves the right to decline, refuse, cancel, or discontinue a service, order, project, or request when permitted by applicable law.
We may decline a request when the requested service, product, artwork, project, customer interaction, timeline, or other circumstances fall outside the services or business practices we are willing or able to provide.
This policy will be applied consistently and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Political Content
Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC does not create, print, produce, or sell political merchandise or political promotional materials.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Political campaign shirts or apparel.
- Candidate-specific merchandise.
- Political campaign signs or banners.
- Political party merchandise.
- Political slogans or campaign messaging.
- Election-related promotional materials.
- Political fundraising merchandise.
- Materials intended to promote or oppose a political candidate, political party, campaign, or ballot measure.
This policy applies regardless of political party, candidate, political position, ideology, or viewpoint.
Our decision not to produce political items is a business policy and should not be interpreted as support for or opposition to any political candidate, party, position, campaign, or viewpoint.
Other Reasons Service May Be Refused
Subject to applicable law, service may also be declined or discontinued for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Requests outside the services we offer.
- Inability to meet a requested deadline.
- Unreasonable, threatening, abusive, or harassing behavior.
- Repeated failure to follow our policies or payment requirements.
- Requests involving unlawful or potentially infringing content.
- Customer-provided items that are unsuitable or unsafe for customization.
- Equipment, material, production, or supplier limitations.
- Previous unpaid balances, chargebacks, suspected fraudulent activity, or other payment-related concerns.
- Requests that could create unreasonable safety, production, legal, or business risks.
- Any other circumstance in which accepting the request is not appropriate for our business, provided the decision is consistent with applicable law.
Non-Discrimination
Nothing in this policy authorizes Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC to refuse service based on a characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC intends to apply this policy consistently and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Order Cancellation & Refunds
If Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC declines an order after payment has been received and production has not begun, an appropriate refund may be issued, less any applicable non-refundable costs already incurred.
If production, artwork preparation, material procurement, or other work has already begun, any refund will be handled according to the applicable Return, Cancellation, and Custom Order Policies.
Acknowledgment
By placing an order or requesting services, the customer acknowledges that acceptance of an order or service request is subject to review and approval by Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC.
Acceptance of a previous order does not guarantee acceptance of a future order.

4. VEHICLE & TRAILER VINYL INSTALLATION POLICY
Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC provides vinyl design and installation services for vehicles and trailers.
By requesting these services, customers acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Design & Production Time
Custom vehicle and trailer vinyl design work may take three (3) weeks or longer depending on the complexity of the project, number of revisions, customer communication, artwork requirements, material availability, current workload, and other factors.
Design time is separate from installation time.
Installation will be scheduled only after:
1. The design has been finalized and approved.
2. Required materials are available.
3. The vehicle or trailer has been determined to be suitable for installation.
4. An installation appointment has been confirmed.
Vinyl Installation & Limitations
Vinyl is an applied material and is not guaranteed to be flawless or permanent.
Minor imperfections may occur during or after installation, including but not limited to:
- Seams.
- Small bubbles.
- Wrinkles.
- Minor lifting.
- Minor surface imperfections.
- Fading.
- Changes caused by normal wear and environmental conditions.
Vinyl may be affected by weather, temperature, sunlight, moisture, washing methods, chemicals, road conditions, storage conditions, surface condition, and normal wear.
Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC is not responsible for peeling, lifting, bubbling, fading, cracking, shrinking, tearing, or other vinyl-related issues caused by conditions occurring after installation or by factors outside of our reasonable control.
Vehicle & Trailer Surface Condition
Customers are responsible for providing a clean, suitable, and properly maintained vehicle or trailer surface.
Existing conditions may affect the installation and longevity of vinyl, including:
- Rust.
- Oxidation.
- Peeling or failing paint.
- Body repairs.
- Damaged surfaces.
- Dirt or debris.
- Wax or grease.
- Uneven surfaces.
- Previous coatings or graphics.
- Existing vinyl.
- Other surface defects or contamination.
Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC reserves the right to refuse installation on a surface that is determined to be unsuitable or likely to cause installation failure.
Installation Season
Vehicle and trailer vinyl installations will generally be scheduled between Mother's Day weekend and Labor Day weekend.
Installation requests outside of this period may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on temperature, weather conditions, available workspace, material requirements, and scheduling.
Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or decline an installation when conditions are not suitable for proper application.
Customer Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all final artwork, spelling, colors, logos, placement, dimensions, and other design details before approving production.
Once artwork has been approved and production, material preparation, or installation preparation has begun, changes may result in additional charges and may affect the scheduled completion date.
Approval of the final design constitutes authorization to proceed with production.
Installation Acknowledgment
By approving a vehicle or trailer vinyl design and scheduling installation, the customer acknowledges that vinyl is an applied material subject to environmental conditions, surface conditions, normal wear, and other limitations.
The customer acknowledges that vinyl is not a permanent or guaranteed-flawless material.
Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC reserves the right to determine whether a vehicle or trailer is suitable for vinyl installation and whether the installation can be completed safely and properly under the available conditions.

5. GENERAL POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By placing an order, providing an item for customization, approving artwork, requesting installation, or otherwise engaging Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC for services, the customer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review and agree to the applicable policies.
These policies are intended to establish clear expectations regarding production times, customer-provided items, artwork retention, service acceptance, political content, vehicle and trailer vinyl installation, and related business procedures.
Nothing in these policies is intended to waive, limit, or exclude any right, remedy, obligation, or protection that cannot legally be waived or excluded under applicable law.
Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC reserves the right to update these policies as necessary. Updated policies may apply to future orders and services.
