LEGAL NOTICE & TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing our website, placing an order, requesting a quote, or purchasing products or services from Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Legal Notice and our applicable policies.

1. CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom apparel and custom products are produced specifically for the customer based on the information, artwork, specifications, sizes, colors, and quantities provided or approved by the customer.

Once a custom order has been approved and production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all order details before production. Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer, including but not limited to spelling, names, dates, colors, sizes, quantities, logos, artwork, or placement.

2. PRODUCTION TIME

Custom apparel and custom orders generally require 3–4 weeks for completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Production time begins after all required information, artwork, approvals, payments, and customer-provided materials have been received.

Turnaround times may be affected by supplier delays, shipping delays, equipment failure, holidays, unexpected production issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED ITEMS

If a customer supplies garments, apparel, bags, uniforms, equipment, or other items for customization, those items are provided at the customer's own risk.

Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC will exercise reasonable care when handling customer-provided items; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing defects, manufacturer weaknesses, discoloration, fading, shrinkage, material imperfections, damage caused by the customization process, or damage resulting from the condition or construction of the item.

By providing an item for customization, the customer acknowledges and accepts these risks.

4. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED ARTWORK & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right and permission to use any logos, photographs, artwork, trademarks, copyrighted material, names, or other intellectual property supplied to Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC harmless from claims arising from the unauthorized use of customer-provided artwork or intellectual property.

Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC reserves the right to refuse an order containing material that we believe may violate applicable law or another party's intellectual-property rights.

5. ARTWORK & DESIGN APPROVAL

Customers may be provided with a proof or design preview before production.

Customer approval constitutes authorization to proceed with production.

Once approved, Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC is not responsible for errors or changes that were visible in the approved proof.

Minor variations in color, print placement, sizing, or appearance may occur due to differences between digital displays, garment materials, printing processes, and production equipment.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Custom-made or personalized products are generally not eligible for return or refund because they are produced specifically for the customer.

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or otherwise show signs of use may not qualify for a refund.

7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

- Names and spelling

- Sizes

- Quantities

- Colors

- Artwork

- Logos

- Dates

- Contact information

- Shipping or pickup information

- Any other specifications necessary to complete the order

Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC is not responsible for mistakes resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from the purchase, customization, use, misuse, delay, or inability to use a product or service.

Our liability, where legally applicable, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this notice is intended to waive or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, fire, equipment failure, supplier shortages, shipping interruptions, power outages, government actions, labor disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. WEBSITE CONTENT

Information, photographs, graphics, descriptions, prices, product availability, and other content displayed on our website may change without notice.

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information, Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC does not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

11. POLICY CHANGES

Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Legal Notice and its policies at any time.

Changes become effective when posted to the website unless otherwise stated.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By placing an order, requesting custom work, submitting customer-provided items, approving artwork, or otherwise engaging Vets 4 Vets Apparel LLC for products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable terms and policies.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not place an order or submit materials for customization.
